Financial Advocates started in 2003 in response to a changing Big 4 accounting firm environment. Specifically, the change in focus of these firms to Fortune 1,000 companies which could endure premium billing rates. This change in philosophy left many closely held companies and individuals underserved and/or overcharged. Financial Advocates sought to take advantage of this situation by over-serving clients at a fair price.
